Requirements specific to the project management engineering program include:
A bachelor’s degree, GPA of 3.0 or better, in engineering or a related field from an accredited institution
Completion of calculus I, II, and III and differential equtions or one course in statistics (such as ENCE302)

Master of Engineering: 30 Credits or 10 Courses
Core courses for this option are offered by the Project Management Center for Excellence. In addition to recommended core courses, students may select technical electives as part of an integrated program of student that are approved by the academic advisor. There is no research or thesis required for this degree.
Graduate Certificate in Engineering: 12 Credits or 4 Courses
Students purusing a Graduate Certite in Engineering in project management must complete the following courses.

ENCE665, Management of Project Teams
ENCE664, Legal Aspects of Engineering Design and Construction, or ENCE627, Project Risk Management
Degree Planning Sheets
All students are expected to complete a preliminary course plan for their intended degree program (10-course for MEng or 4-course for GCEN) with the Senior Academic Advisor by the end of their first semester of study. The Degree Planning Sheet lists the core and technical elective requirements for each program, and all courses that are pre-approved for that program. Alternative technical electives must be approved by the same academic advisor.
