OAEE Graduate Admissions for International Students (Online Programs)

The online Professional Master of Engineering (ENPM) Program and the online Graduate Certificate in Engineering (GCEN) Program are open to qualified applicants holding a regionally accredited baccalaureate degree in engineering or a related field. Energetic Concepts – MEEC & Z072

Application Deadlines

Fall – March 15

Spring – September 30

Step 1: Complete the Online Graduate Application

An online graduate application must be completed and submitted before sending any supporting materials to the University. This will ensure that these materials can be linked with your application as they are received.

Step 2: Pay your Application Fee

Before you submit your online application, you will be assessed a non-refundable $75 application processing fee.  International students without a credit card can make arrangements to pay with their local bank through Peer Transfer.

Step 3: Complete Your Application Supplemental Form (ASF)

After you submit your online application, you will be able to access your Application Supplemental Form (ASF). Through the ASF, applicants provide additional information that includes:

  • Letters of Recommendation – must be submitted electronically in order to avoid delays in reviewing your application. You will enter the names and email addresses of your recommenders when you complete your ASF. These letters are usually from the applicant's former professors who are able to give an in-depth evaluation of the applicant's strengths and weaknesses with respect to academic work. Additional recommendations may come from employers or supervisors who are familiar with the applicant's work experience.
  • ENPM requires three (3) letters of recommendation.
  • No Statement of Purpose/Goals – we do not require this and will not review if submitted.

Step 4: Submit Transcripts and Proof of English Proficiency

Transcripts
Applicants must send official, sealed undergraduate and graduate transcripts from all post-secondary schools they have attended. Transcripts must be issued in the original language with a literal English translation. NO WES evaluations will be accepted.

Transcripts should be mailed to:
